I recently got a Deluxe Dance Pad (V4) on ebay with a PC adaptor for PS2, but I've used it on Stepmania and PCSX2(With DDR Extreme 2, Max, Max 2) but when ever I step on an arrow that is opposite of another(Up and down, down and up or left and right and right and left) they just don't respond, even when I leave me feet on an arrow and step on an opposite arrow, the same thing happens. I've tried the code Start-Select-Up multiple times which did absolutely nothing. DDR and Stepmania is a pain to play with a dance mat since I have to return me feet to the center every time and let an air arrow go by making large combos impossible. I know there's nothing wrong with my NEW dance pad, and have been trying to fix this problem, but I'm now at a dead end now........HHEEEEEEEEEEEELPPPP!!!!!! Stepmania and fellow dancers (with a dance pad of their own.)
