Looking for Skilled Theme Creator for SM 5.1-3

I'm trying to create a fan project for In The Groove 4!

I need a themer or what ever you wanna call them to make a In The Groove 4 look, also taking ideas for how it should look in your opinion. I don't want it to end up like the default openITG or Stepmania theme, what I mean is I want it to look nice but still be very useful something along the lines of Simply Love.

Clone the master branch from github and use this exe (drop it in the Program folder) instead.
The lua menu system is rewritten, various things related to the notefield are improved, and some bugfixes.
