DJMAX THEME (NEED HELP)

I am designing all the theme, but I need someone to help me make this work.

I made some changes, but I think it's cool the way I changed.
So if someone wants to work, tell me here and I'll create an official topic with all the stuff.

It's not clear what you need help with.
Are there just a few problems you can't figure out, or do you need someone to do the coding half of making a theme?j

If you need someone to write all the lua necessary to make a theme while you make the art, I can do that if you can pay me. I have my own theme written from scratch, and I work on the API regularly, so I know what I'm doing.

I will design na DJMAX theme, but I don't know anything about lua of things like that. The first step is the title screen. I thought to make the logo animation like the original DJMAX 3 title screen.

The 1 & 3 will stay stopped and 2 will round. 3 layers, I think it's not too hard to make work. I will put all the stuff in the main topic soon.
