[SM5][WIP Theme] TheKamilia's Theme

Hello, I just created my first ever theme. It is based of the SMMAX theme port by Lirodon, see https://www.stepmania.com/forums/themes/show/2107 . It contains elements from Simply love and a couple of things added by me such as the opening background.
