[SM5][WIP Theme] SMMAX 5

Just got back into Stepmania after a hiatus and am thrilled to find a working SM 5 version of SMMAX. Thanks!

Are there currently issues with the animations? They aren't centered properly: they're off to the right and don't fill the screen.

Does anyone know of a Noteskin that is just like SMMAX????

I made a custom version of this theme with little differnces and uploaded it. I gave credit, but if you would like me to remove it that would be fine.

I'm not 100% offended ... because this is exactly how a lot of themes were made back in the 3.9 era.

There wasn't the idea of a fallback on 3.9, so all the base metrics were literally in the default. Of course this was also a pain in the butt when a new version came out.
