How do i install/play stepmania 5 on my computer (linux)

i recently in stalled Linux on my computer and i don't know how to install programs. i don't have internet connection on my computer so i cant use that software manager thing. is there a way i could download the game on a USB and bring it to my computer and install it?

What linux distribution are you using? If you search, you can find the packages for the distribution available for download separately without needing to use the package manager. You can also tell the package manager to install a package from a file instead of searching online for the packages.
So basically, you search the website for the linux distribution for the package files you need. Then you download them all. Then you copy them to the machine you need to install on. Then you tell the package manager to install the package files you downloaded.
