Problems Running SM5 (Windows 8)

Hello, I heard about this game from the game osu!, so I decided to check it out, but upon Installation it says "The program can't start because MSVCR120.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

I reinstalled the program 3 times already.

Can someone either link me the file or help me out?

I have installed DirectX9 (version 11)
But an error "The program can't start because d3dx9_43.dll is missing from your computer."
What to do?
