5.0.9 crashing on Graphics/Sound options menu

version 5.0.9 crashing on Graphics/Sound options menu
vanilla install, fresh install, no mods. crashing for me. windows 8.1

Any clue?

Same issue here, but with the program becoming unresponsive for about 30 secs to a minute when I try to load Graphics/Sound options, with occasional crashes.

Windows 10, No mods, fresh installed, etc.

Same problem on windows 7. No mods, fresh install.
