Guys and Gals we need to make a change in the hard ass game call "stepmania" look im not saying its bad its hard im a new player and i want a change in this game also leave your opinion below here or at the Petition if you agree or disagree with me hopefully you guys an gals can understand my P.O.V.

what? play different packs, change your timing difficulty if it's still too hard.

DDR stuff is a good place to start.

Honestly, there should be some new packs for total beginners that have modern songs to play. It's really hard to get new people playing when the "easiest" keyboard packs require experience in the game.

There's plenty of packs with full difficulties all the way down to beginner (there's even a sticky on this forum for searching sites for them!).

Failing that, make them yourself?

Any of the DWI Extreme Packs, Albumix, Dancing Stage, DDR off here are good packs for starting out with StepMania. Most game themes will also let you know how hard a song is with a chart (or numbers), and you can further adjust the level also.
