Would be helpful to people, especially since there is still a Noteskins folder in 5.1 (which i think should be removed)

What kind of stuff does it need? The format is already documented in the default newskin.

Really just explaining the differences between Newskins and the old Noteskins (i.e. why newskin over noteskin?), and maybe referencing the default newskin for people interested in making their own.
