SM Works, OpenITG doesn't

Idk if this is the place ofr this or not but the OpenITG forums are dead, it seems.
StepMania 3.9 and 5 work just fine on my laptop, but OpenITG refuses to run at all.
It shows this error message.

There was an error while initializing your video card.

PLEASE DO NOT FILE THIS ERROR AS A BUG!

Video Driver: Intel(R) HD Graphics 5500

Initializing Direct3D...
SetVideoMode failed: CreateDevice failed: 'D3DERR_INVALIDCALL'Initializing OpenGL...
SetVideoMode failed: Couldn't set screen mode

Anything I can do about this?

I'm not sure what Windows version you are running it on, but try running it as Administrator, or run it in compatibility mode (Right click -> Properties -> Compatibility).

Also, I'm not staff but this section is for discussing content and/or bugs about the website itself, not the program.

Try asking on r21freak or AIJ. OpenITG isn't supported by us because it's obsolete. (and buggy and broken in many different ways)
