Where's the "noteskins" forum?

What it says on the title ¿What happened? (I think it getted removed for the "Song packs" forum

There's no Noteskins subforum because it'd be ridiculously tiny, noteskins can go in the themes section.

Ended up changing the description of the Themes forum to include add-on discussion; wasn't sure if changing the name of the forum was going to change URLs so I didn't do it yet.

It changes links but it doesn't break URLs, the forum name in the URL is actually just for show. The ID is what matters.
