Problem with dancepad ps3 adapter

I have a problem with my dancepad , I just bought it , it came with a USB adapter but when I go to double jump ( up + down ) (left + right) does not work when I press the left to right fails same with up and down but up failure.
I tried using the SMAxisRemapV2 but whenever I put on my running script mouse is crazy.
and also I tried using MotioninJoy but not deteca the dancepad

this worked for my tournament dance pad. when u go update the drive it will not show footpad but xbox 360 controller.

so u need to get the ps2 to xbox 360 usb adapter. ps2 to ps3/pc will not work not the pc will continue to think we using ps3 controller

So I don't know if you figured it out yet, but did you try pressing "Start", "Select" and "Up" on the mat yet? This might just fix the issue. You need to press at the same time :)
