I had to make my own box for it because I bought it without one. If you're only going to use it for PC, then I suggest following the DIY I made over here, if you know how to solder then even better. The only things you'll need to change from the DIY would be to get the female version of the DSub breakout board Amazon or, if you know how to solder, just pick up a couple of these:
RadioShack
Amazon

Im a little embarrassed to admit I know nothing about soldering, but from looking at your DIY pictures it looks like you do, is there any way I could cover parts and labor on you making me one? if not no worries and Ill try my hand at the nonsoldering version, but guessing soldering is a better way to go.

I don't mind making you one, I just don't want to get in trouble on the forums for soliciting stuff if I'm not supposed to. Anyways email me, at my gmail address which would be my username here @gmail.com if you were serious and we'll work from there.

Dude solicit away. We make Cobalt Flux control boxes on our site precisiondancepads.com under dance pad / replacement parts. It's not like you're selling viagra, you're doing a service for the players.
