PROBLEM DDRNM Pad on step

SOrry for my english , i'm french. I just have received the pack with DDR new move including a pad. The ost of the ps3 game suck i think...so i try to use it on stepmania. Everything work but...

When i play a song, if i hit a step correctly with my left foot and immediatly after there is a step on the right , i'm going to use my right foot to step right ok?

But that doesn't count.. my feet is still on the left and when i hit the right arrow that show the left on the screen.


Understand? if my first feet is still in the arrow it doesn't count... i don't understand why. On my ps3 that works.. You have any idea? please thanks :)

This is the Axis Problem. The pad is reporting the arrows as a dpad or joystick. Left is -1, right is +1, so left and right together is 0.
If you're using an adapter, search for info on the adapter you're using to see if it has a dance pad mode.
You can try turning on the Axis Fix option in the Advanced Input Options section. It might work. If it doesn't work, you're probably out of luck.

You can't say that to me :'( i bought the pad for stepmania...; i cannot find the axis fix in options.. please :'(
