Is this controller compatible?

Hello! Recently heartbroken over the loss of 2 really great dance pads for PS2/GC that I had to leave behind when I moved :*( I took to the internet and discovered Stepmania. I was wondering if anyone knows if these (probably really crappy) dance pads from Ebay are compatible with Stepmania? I would like to invest in nice pads in the future, but for now I'm just looking for something really affordable so I can give the game a try. Thank you in advance for any help. $15 mats are probably not gonna last you very long nor be very reliable.

Yeah. Your options these days are basically $30-40 for a soft pad, $60-80 for a foam pad, $300 for a Precision Dance Pad, or hundreds of dollars and some luck for a used Cobalt Flux on eBay or Craigslist.

I bought this controller the other day on eBay & it's worked just like in the arcade :D reminds me of the old days, but now I have them in my house!

I can confirm these work with PC, they are smaller than any other pad I've seen, the software that comes with them is a broken StepMania build with random DDR songs from letters E-H or something like that and it has viruses (or so my anti-virus told me) and the most interesting thing about these pads is that they have a CENTER button that works.
