I know this question has been asked but I have to ask again because the answers from the previous forum did not help/could be outdated because the game has a newer version now. I messed up the configuration. I think the enter key is no longer there. What do I do now? There is a file that people mentioned in previous posts but I could not find it. Could someone please tell me a detailed step-to-step instruction of how I can solve this problem? I'm using the latest version of step mania. Also, once this problem is solve, could someone help me with configuration? What is currently on the website is not clear enough to me. Sorry, I'm very bad with computer. Please help! I'm using a Mac.

Try
~/Library/Preferences/StepMania 5/Keymaps.ini
. I want to say deleting that should work.

That's the solution I found on other posts but I don't know how to find that file… could you give me a more detailed instruction as to how to find that file?

Try this bit of advice from the Docs link at the top of this page:
You can get there using the Go to Folder... command. It can be found in the Go menu at the top of your screen while on your Desktop.
Type "~/Library/Preferences/StepMania 5/" as the folder when "Go to Folder..." brings up something for you to put the folder name into, then look for Keymaps.ini.

Yeah I saw this from another post… but problem is I don't see the "Go Folder" or the "Go" menu… I'm using a Mac. I feel those are stuff on PC? Where should I find the file on a Mac?

I was actually quoting straight from the Mac OS section of the Docs link on this web page.
Unfortunately, there aren't very many active mac users, and I'm on linux myself, so I can't post screenshots showing every step of finding a file on OS X.
