dance masters 3, connect to pc

Hello, I have a dance pad that says dance masters 3. It has composite wires and a compartment for batteries. How can I connect it to a laptop or smart tv with webOS?

I think that's a plug-n-play dance mat, and will not work as a controller for PCs. However, you can use a Pinnacle Dazzle capture device with the Pinnacle Studio or OBS Studio software to play the plug-n-play game on your laptop.
