Stepmania Customization & SVAFC

I have two questions.

The default Stepmania background is a yellow checkerboard thing. I saw someone had a white version of this simple background (fonts weren't changed). Is this a custom theme or something? Where I can I download that?

I also saw that some people have SVAFC data for each song. I would like this too. Is this a theme or skin or something? Where can I get it?
SVAFC = Stream, Voltage?, Air, F?, Chaos. I remember these from the DDR days. I would find this useful.

I had tested all of those, but forgot which one has it. also, one of the theme will show author icon box between diff and data box (middle)
