own video / songs for stepmania

hello everyone im new here, i just started playing stepmania and im rly interested on the video/song. i just downloaded some packs with random music, most of them only shows a picture in the entire game/song. i been trying to add a videoclip on it, converting it from mp4 to avi, but still nothing happens. so i was wondering how can i change this. please.

Game loads data from the cache file, if you add a video you will need to reload songs in order to update the cache, or go to the song editor choose the file you added the video for and press B to select the video file and when to start it as well as other options then enter - save. Now it should play.
