Played with changing the controls and it went wrong...

So, I went to the main menu one time and I opened the options and I accidentally opened the selection where you change the controls. What happened was that when it said to change the DOWN button with whatever you wanted, I chose the ENTER button (Which is probably the most important button in the game.) and pressed ESC. So now I'm left with a StepMania with NO ENTER BUTTON to select stuff. I tried uninstalling and installing again, but it doesn't seem to work. Anybody know what to do?
