Looking for an affordable ($30) dance pad that works for the newest version of StepMania on Windows 8. Currently looking for something on Amazon. Anybody know a good pad? (Preferably available on Amazon)
You need a PC USB Mat. And it depends on what you mean by "good." Cheap pads are good for easy modes, but they move around a lot in difficult modes. I would recommend going to DDRgame and getting one, (the ones on amazon might not work with PC.) Most likely, you should get this one, http://www.ddrgame.com/dance-dance-revolution-pc-reg-mat.html , and expect the sensors to be a little weird sometimes and to buy a new one in a few months when it breaks. More money does not mean better when it comes to DDR mats or Stepmania mats, unless its a $300 Metal one.
