Need some help, I dun goofed

Ok, so I got some things I hopefully can get fixed or just get to know how to delete the game FULLY, so there is nothing saved.

Great, so I was playing some Stepmania, and went into settings to change up some things, to get it to look like Guitar Hero (which I am more familiar with). But after that weird things started happening.

Every time the first note comes in a song the background turns black and turn white sometimes. This is annoying as hell.

And when ever I lose a game, there comes like a horn sound and some talking, before I go back to the menu screen.

I would know how to disable these two functions or just delete every setting I made. I have tried to uninstall, delete every file and all my songs, and whenever I install the game again, it remembers my settings.

Well as for the Horn sound and talking, that may be an announcer sound.

Well I went to settings, to make the notes fall down, instead of going up and that was pretty much it. I must have made some of the options different of course, but I really don't know what :(.

Changing the scroll to reverse can't do what you described.
It sounds like you installed a theme and/or announcer pack. The announcer can be turned off in Display Options->Appearance Options, or you can just delete whatever is in your Announcers folder. (Stepmania doesn't ship an announcer, and frankly, I hate announcers)
You can change the theme you're using on the same options screen.

If you really want to get rid of your configuration and reinstall, this page explains where Stepmania stores user data.

Found out that I had chosen "Home (customized default) under appearance options, so that made the background normal again. Yay! (づ｡◕‿‿◕｡)づ

But, I still don't know what that horn sound at the end is though... I'll find out eventually so thanks for the help (^_^)//

You changed the Fail Type from Short to Long, which should be in Theme Options or something like that. The Long Fail Type plays a bit of music whenever you fail. IIRC it's an in-joke dating back to sm-ssc.
