Does Stepmania 5 support USB saving?

I was wondering if it supported saving over USB like ITG did.

If not, is there a way to 'create' this feature through theming?

Saving profile data to a USB stick (and/or SD card, iPod, etc.) should work without issue. Custom loading of songs from USB is currently not supported. (It may be in the future, but please don't hold me to that ;D)

So how do I do that? Just insert a USB stick when selecting a profile?

Attach a USB flash drive before you start the game. "Card" or something similar (in default, anyway) should be an option on the profile screen.

I tried attaching a USB stick on the title screen but it still only shows one profile.

Tested on Windows 7 x64 and Ubuntu 14.04 x64, both with KDE Plasma and Unity (The default Ubuntu window manager)

For Windows 7 I used 7.0.6 and for Ubuntu I compiled and ran 7.0.8.

You also have to turn on the MemoryCards preference to enable them.

I did that but it's still not working.

Do I have to change any of these options? My USB stick is mounted at /media/obsidian/NameOfUSB

Okay, I've got it working and there's a beep when inserting and removing, but no profiles show up. Do I have to make one and then copy it to the USB stick?
