I am currently using stepmania beta version 5.9.2 but the option menu seems to be missing the option to change the speed of the arrows as they rise on the screen. Any one have any advice?
Stepmania has been out of beta for over a year, so whatever beta version you're using is severely outdated. Try the latest release of stepmania from the downloads page.

he could also mean 5.1.2 as in 5.1.-2 instead of 5.0.2 tough, maybe he is having issues with your new menu, just a tought

Thanks for the help. You were right I was on a beta and I should have been on the full stepmania download. Also to change the speed there is a menu you can pull up right before you enter the song.
