Images won't show up

I made a song, and got the steps set up. Everything works, except the song logo and background won't show up. I checked the other songs set up, and I can't see what I'm doing wrong, and why my logo and background won't show up. Do I have to enter options or edit song info in the step editor or something? Because I can't find the option. Any help?
