Bought a DDR Mat, and it's not working!

Hello! I purchased this pad right here -- http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/191601683777?ul_noapp=true&chn=ps&lpid=82
And it just came in the mail today. When I plug it into my computer, it says that it is installing PS3 controller drivers. I have tried the start + select + up arrow code, but that did not make it work either.
My computer is recognizing it as a PS3 controller.
I am using Windows 10 if that matters! Thanks!

For anyone with this future problem, I managed to resolve it.

It was connected to a USB 3.0 Bus, so I moved it to a plane 2.0 and uninstalled the drivers for the "ps3 controller"
in 'Device Manager'. I then put in the code (up, select + start held down for 3 seconds) after reinstalling the drivers and plugging it in, and it worked!
