czech translation

i would love to make czech translation for stepmania. first to train my english and second to add something to the game i love and respect. but i have no idea on how to do it. can someone please help me?

For the default and fallback themes, create a cs.ini file in the Languages folder, then work your way through translating every entry in the en.ini file. If some glyphs show up wrong, make a font that has the glyphs.
Some themes use different language entries and will still have some untranslated strings after you do this, and might lack language entries for all their stuff, but that's the themer's fault, not yours.
