Aspect Ratio/16:9 zooming

Hey there. I am recently returning to being a StepMania user after many years of hiatus! I was noticing, it seems like the default in the current build of StepMania 5, has it zoom in on any 4:3 backgrounds or videos, cutting off the top and bottom. The only option I could find to change this is "Stretch Backgrounds" which just stretches the 4:3 images to 16:9 which is even worse, and this doesn't even affect videos! Is there any way to allow pillarboxing of the videos and backgrounds, without always playing in 4:3 mode? (I ask because, there ARE a handful of 16:9 videos I want to use).
