I lose all my arrows on the editor when I exit sometimes on windows 10. Any help?

Is stepmania installed in Program Files? My vague notion is that installing in Program Files makes Windows do weird shit and screw up stepmania.
So if you install to your desktop or something like that, steps should save just fine.
