Download CD Problems

Good aftgernoon,
I buyed with paypal the download of the stepmania cd,
I tryed to send the email with the transaction id like the instructions said,
but the email orders@stepmania.com
is not working and my gmail account send me an error message....

How can I send the transaction id for receiving my download link?
