Is the #ATTACKS tag completely working yet?

I was messing around with the song editor one time, and I noticed this option saying mods (or attacks - haven't messed with the song editor in like months :P)
Apparently, it's in-course mods. Mods change. In the middle of the song. Without me having to play five other songs before I can actually play the single song I want, only to FAIL MISERABLY...
...*cough*Windeu*cough*...

Anyhiznit, I was trying to do it from the .sm file (cuz I'm super 1337 yo). I saw the tag in the .sm file, it was RIGHT THERE.
Except, the game wasn't accepting my edits. :(

I was wondering, am I doing something wrong? If I'm not, will we ever have an #ATTACKS tag?
(I would mess around with the source code myself if I wasn't too busy procrastinating all my homework until the last minute...but that's not the point...)

As far as I know they do work properly, although I don't know what format it expects.
