How to fix theme online?

How do I fix this:

I've used this theme before. You are right when you say it has a lot of features, however; the author himself has said that he won't work on the online mode much thus it looks like this. My recommendation or advice whatever is to use another theme but edit the receptor to the position you feel most comfortable with. If you need help, you know where to find me.

-on a side note. I cannot actually help you with actually trying to fix the actual problem that you want to fix. Lol soz m8.
