i got myself stepmania 5.0.7 because it's impossible to play the old one on big screen without eyes bleeding, but now i have problem - from what i understand, all songs must be added to appdata/stepmania5/songs - problem is, that's on drive C, which has 100GB, and i have over 3800 songs, that are over 20 GB, is there ANY way to make the stepmania recognize them from the installation folder? i know there is a way, since the 3 pre-installed songs are there, but i don't know what's the effing difference, since it would be faster ANYWAY to play the songs from the same drive as the program...
You can add the folder you want to use to AdditionalSongFolders in appdata/StepMania 5.0/Save/Preferences.ini
User installed songs should go somewhere that UAC will not cause problems when you try to use edit mode.
