Crashing on New Song Installs [SOLVED (mostly)]

Hi there!

I've been playing Stepmania (v5.0 beta 2) on my Mac for about the past year, with almost no problems.

Recently, however, I installed 16 of Charlo's Metal simfile packs; once I'd finished, Stepmania began to crash whenever I "finished" a song (whether by failing, or holding ESC to quit, or actually finishing a one-off song by beating it, or what-have-you). It works perfectly fine if I beat songs in Endless mode; I can still play, well, endlessly, if I keep that up.

I was wondering if anyone had any advice on what might be wrong, and how to correct it (aside from deleting all of the new Charlo's songs)? The crash log has this in it (LONG, apologies!):

I play with Stepmania v5.0 beta 2, by the way! Had to pop off the Desktop and onto the laptop to get the version number. Will add it to the OP.

Try with SM5 beta 3. I tried a couple songs from Charlo's Originals and they worked fine for me.

Update: well, *mostly* solved.

Still seems to crash whenever I'm about to get a 'passing' (> F) grade on Endless mode. It's playable like this, though, so I don't really care! (unless someone knows a quick fix, of course!)

Update2: the other crashing problem, on passing one of my Endless packs, must have been connected to some other songs I had, not sure which. I've only been playing metal-fantasy stuff lately, though; making a new copy of Stepmania with just the songs I regularly play in it fixed everything!

If you can track down exactly what songs were causing stepmania to crash, we could look into why it was happening.
