Where do you edit Courses?

I see under Edit/Share, there is an option for Edit Courses/Mods. However, selecting that option just takes me to Edit Songs/Steps.

So what am I missing? How can I get into editing courses?

file:>StepMania>Couses>Samples
there will be some .crs files
create a new .crs file and edit it there

an example in notepad
AllMusicRandom.crs
