help

Hello, I tried starting up my stepmania game today and found that it will launch and load the files but immediately will then just be a white screen in the stepmania window and then wont respond. I tried re-installing, installing different versions, and running as admin but the only thing i got was a fatal error talking about my video card. Anybody know how to help?

Could you give us some more information? such as:
* operating system
* video card
* StepMania version

This would at least give us some sort of start :)
