Stuck on AUTOPLAY - StepMania

So I was playing stepmania, then I hit a button which caused autoplay for every song. it says auto play at the bottom of the screen when I play a song and the is no score meter. turning It off in the options wont work either. does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Press F8 during gameplay.
