Help, I pressed "Command+Tab" and I don't know what I did

This is what it says at the top of the screen:

MenuStartAndDirections
Cabinet: 001000 (alternating with 10000)
Controller1: 110010000000000000000000000000000 (approx. and alternating with all 0's)
Controller2: 110010000000000000000000000000000 (approx. and alternating with all 0's)

I have a macbook pro so I was trying to change active windows but I was in full screen mode and forgot. I might have also pressed the number 4 while holding command + tab.

What did I break and will it ever/how can I make it go away?
