Random Background Movies

Hi Guys im New to Stepmania, please help me enable the BG Random videos..

I prepare a AVI movies then put it to Random Movies Folder.
in Options i set the BG to Random Movies.

When i start the song, the BG is just black..
no movies playing just black BG.

im not using the SM5

im using the old one.

Please help

"the old one" isn't very descriptive. Do you mean 3.9? 3.95? 4.0 (alpha or beta)?

how do you add Random Background movies in SM v5.0?
i cannot find the Random Movies folder on it.

i added RandomMovies folder in SM5 and it seems that it recognized my folder because the background turns black when i start the song..
i just cant figure out why the video is not working.

video is .avi
its a kpop music video, does it matter?
do i need a script or something to make it work?

please help

Problem is the size of the video i converted..
it should be 320x240..
