I've been having this problem, which I also had on another chart but on a previous Stepmania. I didn't report it since I thought it would be fixed on the last version, it wasn't.

I was making this chart and when I was about to add attacks, I wanted to test it first. I pressed "play whole song", it was all good until it reached beat 33, where the song would unsync completely. I said "no way, it worked fine when I tested it before", so I tried playing it from current beat and it was all okay. Again, it unsynced at beat 62, but it worked fine while playing from current beat. I also noticed that if you try playing from current beat on Beat 26, it will appear unsynced.

So.. what's going on? Here's the chart in case you want to revise it.

I really need help. This is pretty frustrating and I really want to finish this chart.

EDIT: A solution has been found. Saving for future reference.

I'm making a simfile and the sync is all screwed up when I don't start from the beginning!

You're probably using a Variable Bitrate (VBR) MP3. Convert it to CBR MP3 or OGG (OGG is the best choice for StepMania, you should be using it) and the problem will go away.
