StepMania 4.0
There is not yet an official release of StepMania 4.0, but users can build the source from our SVN tree to test out its new features.
For those of you who don't like to mess with source code, we have started created intermediate 'snapshot' builds of the latest code in SVN. You can find them available for download below.
The latest build, however, is the fourth alpha release. This includes the new theme, sounds, arrows, and a cleaner interface altogether.

Important Notes
- These builds have bugs. (You're not surprised, are you?)
- If you encounter a bug, please follow the instructions here to file a bug.
- If you're going to be editing songs, we suggest you use the latest stable build, StepMania 3.9.
Changes
- StepMania Online part of every release
- Debug menu (hold F3) (volume controls, theme tools, more)
- Autosync machine to set "GlobalOffset" (F7 in gameplay)
- New default theme (in progress).
- Support for ParaParaParadise controllers.
