Help! theme SM4 to SM5

how i can transform an actually theme to SM4 to SM5, it's for support .sma and mayor video support sm4 not support hd videos or .mp4

i just simply put theme and fallbac and add theme.ini but at run makes too much errors

Uh, let's start with this...

1: What theme is it? This would be helpful.
2: You don't need to put fallback in SM5. It already has a fallback theme.
3: SM4 uses XML and SM5 uses Lua.
4: At one point, there was a XML to Lua converted somewhere. I don't remember where/If it would even work for that theme.
5: SM5 does have some XML support IIRC. However, I don't know much about this.

It's not strictly true that SM4 uses XML and SM5 uses Lua. SM4 used Lua between late 2007 and late 2010, or so, which also happen to be the most popular versions of SM4. So, chances are, it's probably Lua-based.
