I downloaded this announcer and put it in my announcers folder but it wont work whenever I play the game. Is there something else i missed?

Go to OPTIONS --> APPEARENCE OPTIONS --> ANNOUNCER --> (choose announcer) --> EXIT, then it should work. ^_^
