As most people familiar with this scene already know, the recent r21 update to Roxor's In The Groove 2 arcade machines now allows for users to play custom songs as well as edits with your average, every day USB flash drive. The files had to be changed slightly however, including conversion of audio files to vorbis' ogg. This lead to spotty adaptation of already created sim files. Certain members of the community were sick of the lack of a central repository for well made pad files. Thus was conceived a new community: r21freak.com! A community designed for those who are in search of well made, easy to use pad files and a place to discuss them.
The site features a 'staff files' section wherein some of the communities best step artists host their packs directly on the site for easy access, with reviews, banners and ratings. Other users are encouraged to post, request and discuss files on the other forums. Of course, registration is free so check it out as fast as you possibly can, because who knows, the internet could end tomorrow. http://www.r21freak.com/ ! | icon=itg |
