Game Types - Alternative Gametype themes/noteskins removed!

In an attempt to clean out old possibly-copyrighted material, we have removed the themes/noteskins for all gametypes other than Dance from the SM 4.0 CVS tree.

If you have something to contribute to rebuilding these gametypes, send it to the stepmania-devs AT lists DOT sourceforge DOT net mailing list.
