The artist is a friend of mine, he lives near me and I asked him to do it, so I didn't sent an email to him.. what should I do in this case?

Do you guys happen to have AIM?

If so, just have him IM you showing that he gave you permission. Then take a screencap of thet.

If not, just email him.

First of all, Chirs Danford has to look at it. Then he'll move it to the que, and while it's waiting, a number will appear in it's thread's title showing the date it'll be uploaded.
