For some reason it keeps saying this isnt " 4.0 CVS "...its just the original Stepmania in CVS version...do you know where I could find a 4.0 CVS thats compatible with windows AND is compatible with the DubaiOne theme?

dubaiOne has been superseded by Moonlight.

This version of 4.0 CVS is so archaic that almost nothing you can get now will work with it.
