3.95 to OpenITG converter

So what does this program do? It adds Twirl, Roll, Metal+, and Adds basically all the other features such as OpenITG Options in the operators menu. How to use: Put OpenITG Theme converter folder in the Themes folder of OpenITG and make it the current theme to use in Gameprefs.ini, then In the Metrics.ini of this folder, change "Fallback=********" to whichever 3.95 theme you want to use. EXAMPLE. I WANT TO CONVERT J444mes H4x theme to OPENITG Fallback=H4x Credits all go to supersonicj11 from rhythmatic.net If you have any questions or find any bugs email him to: Supersonicj11@hotmail.com
