I started downloading simfiles again and came accross some 5 gig megapack thing. I left it downloading in Bittorrent 6.4 overnight, and in the morning, when I tried to click on the bittorrent icon in the taskbar, the computer froze and i had to hold the power button to get it to shut off. Yes, I know that's bad for the computer, but if you really need too... Anyways, I'm guessing by how much it downloaded it went for maybe an hour and a half before crashing. Does anyone know why? I can't do eveything online I need to do and download this durring the day (my download speed is ~90 kpbs). This didn't always happen. I used to do this durring the day while I was gone. I'm using Windows Vista Home Premium 64 bit. I have a AMD Phenom 9750 Quad-Core 2.40 GHz Proccessor and 8 gigs of ram.

My mom's computer was having problems like this a while back after getting a virus. After cleaning that out and installing SP2 everything worked fine again.

I scaned: no viruses. Now I have to look for this myself. Do you know what this particular virus code might look like?
